Caries treatment We are treating to leave teeth as much as possible.
Progression of dental caries (The stage of progression is expressed as C1 to C4. C means dental caries.)
C1
It is in a state where it remains only on the surface of the tooth (enamel).
In most cases, there is no pain.
It is possible to stop the progress with preventive measures such as brushing teeth, but depending on the range and location of the cavities, it may be necessary to scrape and stuff.
→ Treatment for tiny cavities (C1-2)
C2
It is a tooth decay that has progressed to the inside of the tooth (dentin). The pain comes out little by little. As tooth decay progresses steadily, early detection and early treatment are important. The part where the cavities were removed is stuffed, and depending on the size, a crown is put on the treatment.
→ Treatment for small cavities (C2)
C3
It is a tooth decay that has progressed to the inner part of the tooth (pulp). Severe pain occurs, and symptoms such as being unable to sleep due to pain appear. However, the pain may disappear if left untreated, but the situation is even worse because the nerve that feels the pain has rotted, not because it has healed. It is necessary not only to remove the tooth decay part, but also to remove the nerve of the tooth. I will treat you to cover the crown.
→ Treatment for large cavities (C3)
→ Treatment for large infected caries (C3)
C4
The head of the tooth, that is, the visible part, has completely collapsed, leaving only the root of the tooth. Sometimes it's past the painful period and there is no pain. In addition, bacteria can get inside the jawbone.
In this state, tooth extraction is often required. However, depending on the condition of the remaining roots, it may be possible to insert a metal core and then cover it with a crown after treating the nerves of the rotten root.
→ Post-treatment treatment for large cavities (C3) (crown, etc.)
→ Treatment method for collapsed tooth (C4)
Treatment of periodontal disease (alveolar pyorrhea) Periodontal disease is treated for a long time as it progresses.
Periodontal disease not only causes tooth loss but also causes systemic disease, but if it is "gingilitis" in the early stage of periodontal disease, it can be treated by visiting several hospitals. It will be completed.

1. Periodontitis
In gingival inflammation, plaque and a small amount of tartar accumulate between the teeth and gums (gingival sulcus), causing inflammation of the gums. It swells a little red. There is no or slight bleeding. The periodontal ligament and alveolar bone are not destroyed. At this stage, most of them will be completely cured
2. Mild periodontitis
The swelling of the gums increased, the redness increased, and bleeding began. Bacteria invade the gums and the alveolar bone (jaw bone that supports the teeth) and periodontal ligament (the membrane that acts as a cushion between the teeth) also begin to be destroyed. The groove between the teeth and gums has become deeper, and plaque and tartar have accumulated. Early treatment is needed.
3. Moderate periodontitis
The swelling of the gums became worse, and bleeding and pus may occur. Plaque and tartar are attached to the teeth, both visible and invisible. The teeth start to swing back and forth and left and right. The groove between the teeth and gums is also deeper. The bones that support the teeth will melt.
4. Severe periodontitis
A large amount of plaque and tartar adhere to the teeth, and the gums and jaw bones that support the teeth are being destroyed considerably. The teeth lose the support of the bones and sway not only back and forth and left and right but also up and down. Therefore, it hurts and you cannot chew anything. The shaking is so severe that the teeth may fall out naturally.
