Treatment of collapsed teeth (tooth extraction) (C4)
Tooth extraction is the last treatment in the order of treatment options. However, if a tooth that is difficult to leave or if leaving a tooth forcibly causes another more serious problem, we will extract the tooth.

Extraction procedure
In tooth extraction, in addition to teeth that cannot be left due to the progress of tooth decay, teeth that are naturally excessive, teeth that grow in a place different from the original place, teeth that are broken due to a fall, etc., periodontal disease progresses and inflammation spreads. It also covers teeth that have a detrimental effect on adjacent teeth, teeth that are thinned out as needed for orthodontic treatment, and so on.
Therefore, here we will describe the method of tooth extraction, including patterns other than tooth extraction by C4.

1) Anesthesia and grasp
First, give sufficient local anesthesia. Then, if there is enough head left, grab the head with a tooth extraction device and gently rock it from side to side.

2) Tooth extraction
If you shake your teeth and feel dislocated, slowly pull them out. The back teeth may have two or three roots in one tooth, and if the roots are bent or if multiple roots are not parallel, part of the roots may be broken and remain.
In addition, the teeth may be divided first and then extracted in order for each root (divided tooth extraction).

3) Extraction of residual roots.
The root of the tooth that remained in the bone or that had C4 that was originally considerably advanced in caries was pulled out with a thin instrument called an elevator.

4) Cleaning of the extraction socket (the hole where the tooth was extracted).
In particular, fine debris may remain on the traces of teeth removed due to C4 etc.
Scratch them out and clean the inside.

5) Healing of the extraction socket
Blood bleeding from bones and gums collects in the extraction socket and clumps to close the wound.
Soon, the meat tissue will enter and replace it, and the bone tissue will slowly form from the back.

6) Regeneration of bone tissue.
After a few months, the extraction socket will be completely replaced by bone.
Insurance points and fee calculation for the above treatments
The score of tooth extraction differs depending on the anterior tooth (150), molar (260), deciduous tooth (130), difficult tooth (460), wisdom tooth buried in the lower bone (1050 + 100), etc.
